Casa Don Juan is located seventy-five miles north of Puerta Vallarta, Mexico. Situated on an undeveloped and wildly beautiful stretch of coastline, at the northern extreme of the newly designated Riviera Nayarit. It is nestled among a group of 14 contemporary homes on a rocky point jutting out into the Pacific Ocean. Near the small fishing village of Platanitos, Punta El Custodio is surrounded by jungle and estuary, backed by high, rugged volcanic mountains. The Point itself is wild and natural; inland, beyond the estuary, lie rich farmlands and mango plantations, dotted with small rural villages.
